Packaging Guidelines for Claims
Before Opening
If the box or packaging is damaged, we kindly ask that you send us a photo before opening it so we can fairly assess your claim.

📸 Important: Please keep all original packaging until your claim is resolved. Clear photographic evidence helps us process your request faster.
What Is Not Considered Damage
Please be aware that we package items as securely as possible but minimal dents or scuffing can be possible during courier shipment. These minor imperfections do not affect the performance or quality of your product.
Note as well that it is normal for palettes to have some dusting around the outside of the pans. This is not considered damage and is a natural characteristic of the manufacturing process.
✨ Normal Occurrences: Minor cosmetic imperfections from shipping and normal product dusting do not qualify for refunds or replacements as they do not impact product performance.
